In this fourth episode in my entrepreneurship series, I focus on the Spirit Path, a play on words from a common entrepreneurial term – the Success Path. I explore benefits of the Success Path, as well as tensions with the underlying assumptions as both a creator and learner. Then, I explain why I will instead be shaping my teaching and learning through The Spirit Path – something that I perceive more accurately captures how learning, growth and transformation is constructed over time.
In each episode of the entrepreneurship series, I am featuring Catholics that have inspired or encouraged me in this new terrain. In this episode, I feature Franciscan University and the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal.
I also mention Fr. Agustino Torres’ OSV Talk, The Franciscan Way.
